We join the action with almost everyone at the table limping into the pot. The dealer flips over K 8 2 and when the action checks to Jon Spinks he bets 500. Francis Thomas wants to see the turn and everyone else folds. The turn card is the 3 and neither player seems interested; the same is true for the J river. Thomas shows 9 5 for the flush, and Spinks’s hand hits the muck.
