An Unexpected Pair

Anders Karlsen just bet 5,700 from the small blind on a 474 flop and Jens Lakemeier called from the big blind.

The turn was the Q and this time Karlsen checked to Lakemeier who bet 12,500. Karlsen tanked for a bit before calling and eventually he did just that.

On the river the T hit and both players checked rather quickly.

Karlsen showed T3 for an unexpected pair of tens, and Lakemeier smiled as he threw his cards into the muck.
