Michael Aron Eliminated by David Levi

Sep 20, 2016

Action folds to Michael Aron in middle position, but the hijack and the cutoff fold out of turn and David Levi raises to 2,500 on the button before Aron acts.

“If I call, the raise has to stay, right?” asks Aron.

The rule is confirmed by the dealer and Aron limps in for 1,000. Levi’s raise stands and both blinds fold. Aron three-bets to 6,000 and Levi immediately four-bets enough to put Aron all in. Aron calls, all in for about 35,000 in the process and the cards are tabled.

Aron shows Club QHeart Q and is flipping with Levi’s Club ASpade K. The flop is Heart ASpade ASpade J and Levi takes the lead with trips. The turn is the Heart 2 and the river is the Spade 7 to send Aron to the rail and move Levi into six-figure chip count territory.

David Levi – 120,000
Michael Aron – Eliminated
