Glenn Lafaye's Aces Cracked by Sam Khalilieh's Kings

Sam Khalilieh opens to 600 from early position, WPT Champions Club member Will Failla calls from the next seat over, Corey Hochman three-bets to 2,750 from the hijack, and Glenn Lafaye (pictured) four-bets shoves from the button for about 34,000. Khalilieh calls, Failla folds, and Hochman folds.

The flop falls to give Lafaye a set of aces, though Khalilieh picks up a straight draw. The turn changes nothing, but the river gives Khalilieh an ace-high straight to eliminate Lafaye.

“Corey, were you ahead preflop?” asks/jokes Failla.

“I had the 4-7 offsuit,” replies Hochman.
