Three-handed play has mostly been a battle between Karim Bevans and Jose Montes. Montes just struck back against Bevans in their most recent battle to regain some lost chips.
Montes opened for 140,000 and Bevans called out of the big blind. Bevans checked the flop and Montes bet 125,000. Bevans called and the rolled off on the turn.
Bevans checked again and Montes bet 280,000 more. Bevans called and the hit the river. Montes fired one more shell worth 400,000 and Bevans though over his next move. It took a minute, but Bevans called and Montes showed for a turned straight.
Bevans is still the chip leader with 3,325,000 and Montes is back up to 2,100,000.
