Mike Dentale raises from middle position to 1,500, Matthew Burnitz reraises from the hijack to 4,000, and ClubWPT qualifier Jonathan Burnham moves all in from the cutoff for 5,375. Dentale calls, and Burnitz can only call or fold — he calls.

The flop comes Heart 6Spade 3Diamond 3, Dentale checks, and Burnitz bets 15,000 into the dry side pot. Dentale goes into the tank.

There is some table chatter between Dentale and Burnitz, but nothing explicitly revealing. At one point, Burnitz asks, “You got a big hand, Mike?” Dentale says he does.

A little later, Dentale says, “I’m not calling. It’s either all in or fold.” Then, a few moments later, Dentale reconsiders and says he might call after all.

Eventually, Dentale folds Spade 8Club 8 face up. Burnitz reclaims his bet of 15,000.

For the main pot, Burnham turns over Heart ASpade 9, and he’s drawing very thin against the Diamond AClub A of Burnitz.

The turn card is the Heart K, the river card is the Diamond J, and Burnitz wins the pot with two pair, aces and threes, to eliminate Burnham.
