Mike Dentale raises from middle position to 1,500, Matthew Burnitz reraises from the hijack to 4,000, and ClubWPT qualifier Jonathan Burnham moves all in from the cutoff for 5,375. Dentale calls, and Burnitz can only call or fold — he calls.
