Run-good Continues for Opener Event Winner Andrew Hills

Right now the poker room is humming with players as several tournaments are running simultaenously. The satellite for the High Roller is on the bubble, with eight players left and only seven seats remaining.

There is a Texas Classic turbo event, which has attracted over 70 players. And this is all before we look at the players still in Day 1b and 1c of the Main Event.

The current chip leader in Day 1b of the Main Event is a name familiar to those following the PMU.fr WPTDS Deauville festival. Andrew Hills took down the Opener event yesterday for €9,590 and his run-good continues as his stack is approaching 190,000. To his direct left is fellow big stack Lionel Rosenberg and the pair will look to avoid tussling if they both want to take strong stacks forward to Day 2.
