The opening hand of the final table sees Joshua Bell raise to 125,000 from middle position. Hari Varma calls from the big blind and both players watch the flop come .
Varma checks over to Bell who continues for 175,000. Varma calls.
The turn brings the and Varma checks. Bell bets 200,000. A minute passes before Varma moves all in for around 3,600,000. Bell has 880,000 behind, and goes into the tank for several minutes, before making the call for his tournament life.

The dealer then drops the on the river, giving Varma the winning hand with a higher pair, sending a noticeably disappointed Bell to the rail.
Bell is gracious in defeat, shakes Varma’s hand, before exiting the event in 9th place collecting AUD$27,419 for his efforts.
