Jordan DeGrenier Eliminates Keven Stammen

Hand #1: Jordan DeGrenier opens to 3,000 under the gun and WPT Champions Club member Keven Stammen three-bets to 10,000 in the hijack. Action folds back to DeGrenier and replaces his three orange 1,000-chips with two yellow 5,000-chips to make the call.

Action checks through the flop and the turn comes . DeGrenier bets 15,000 and Stammen folds.

Hand #2: On the very next hand, Stammen opens to 4,000 in the lojack and is called by Hal Rotholz in the hijack as well as by the players on the button and in the small blind. DeGrenier is next to act in the big blind and three-bets to 31,500.

Stammen goes into the tank for a minute and a half before going all in for around 60,000 and action folds back to DeGrenier, who calls.

Stammen is unable to find an eight as the runout comes to bring about his elimination from the tournament. Meanwhile, DeGrenier now has 390,000 and looks to be the chip leader in the room once more.
