WPT Champions Club member Brian Altman opens UTG+1 and is called by both the hijack and WPT Champions Club member Will Failla (Pictured), defending his big blind.
The flop comes and Failla and Altman both check. The hijack bets and Failla calls before Altman check-raises to 110,000. The hijack then folds and Failla comes over the top, jamming for 710,000. Altman calls, and the table waits for all other hands to finish.
Another table sees Peter Fellows forced all in from the big blind, and he doubles through Ivan Ruban to set the stage for another potential bursting of the bubble.

Failla has flopped the nuts, but he still needs to fade running spades. The turn adds to the suspense.
“Don’t do it!” says Failla, and the dealer complies as the river completes the runout to score him the double, resulting in hand-for-hand play to continue into the following level.
Will Failla – 710,000 (88 bb)
Brian Altman – 575,000 (71 bb)
