"No Lookie" Works Once For Nguyen

 "I play ‘no lookie’!" Danny Nguyen proudly shouted after he just managed to double up. We quickly grabbed the cards that were spread out on the table and this is what it looked like.

We’re not sure when the money went in, but Francis covered both players by a big margin. The board showed [QhTc7d5sAc] and Nguyen had jumped up in excitement as he hit runner-runner two pair.

Meville was knocked out by Francis but Nguyen was back up to 120,000 chips.

On the very next hand Nguyen raised without looking from the button to 22,000 and Jason Ross shoved from the small blind for 40,000. The big blind folded and Nguyen, once again proudly, made the call annoucing he had not looked at his cards.

Ross showed [6s6h] and Nguyen turned his cards over one by one revealing [AdKc]. Nguyen jumped up again and the flop brought [8dTh7c].

The turn gave Nguyen a pair when the [Ks] popped up, but Ross called for a nine and on the river the [9h] popped up. Ross hit his straight, doubled up and Nguyen said he was done with playing blind for now.
