on the river and about 50,000 already in the pot, Ivan Toylegkenov bets 16,000 from the big blind, Simone Pascucci raises from the button to 63,000, and Toylegkenov goes into the tank for a long time.
Eventually, somebody calls for a clock, and with about one second left in his countdown, Toylegkenov calls.
