With two eliminations on Hand #6 of hand-for-hand play on the Money Bubble, Day 1C comes to an end with 364 players bagging up chips to advance to Day 2. Action ended with 15:00 remaining in Level 17, with blinds at 5,000-10,000 and a 10,000 ante, and everyone who bagged chips will finish in the money.

The full list of official chip counts will be released late tonight, but in the meantime, here’s an unofficial look at the seven players we found in the field who bagged at least 900K in chips:

1.  David Goodman  –  1,309,000  (131 bb)
2.  Art Peacock  –  1,054,000  (105 bb)
3.  Nipun Java  –  987,000  (99 bb)
4.  Zennawi Petros  –  957,000  (96 bb)
5.  Young Eum  –  952,000  (95 bb)
6.  Bryan Allen  –  944,000  (94 bb)
7.  Oscar Blanco  –  922,000  (92 bb)

After three starting flights, the total field is up to 6,755, and 841 players have advanced to Day 2 so far. The prizepool is already worth more than $6.55 million, easily surpassing the $5 million guarantee.

Of course, expectations are high that Day 1D (tomorrow at 11:00 am) will be the biggest flight of them all, and even if it just matches Day 1C, the prizepool would be worth more than $9 million.

Return to WPT.com tomorrow to see if this prizepool can possibly reach $10 million.
