The flop rolls out 
and action checks over to Salsberg who bets 1,000 which only the small blind calls.
Salsberg bets 2,500 on the turn 
when the small blind checks over to him and the small blind calls a second time.
A 
peels off on the river which sees the small blind bet 4,000 and Salsberg responds by raising to 15,000, which the small blind calls.
He tables 
for a flopped flush which is good to beat the small blind’s 
for queens up and the former WPT Player of the Year starts off winning the first hand he plays.
