There are three members of Blue Shark Optics who played today — Jean Robert Quirion, Steven Kerr, and Mark Martin.
Kerr was eliminated a short while ago when he flopped a flush and got it all in, only to see his opponent turn a slightly higher flush with pocket tens. (Kerr’s tweet about the hand is embedded below.)
We’re still trying to track down Quirion in this massive field, since his table broke, so he is currently MIA (missing in action).
As for Martin, he was getting pretty short as he ran A-K into A-J twice, and came out of it with one tie and one loss. But then he got it in with K-J suited, and was able to double up thru pocket aces. Martin now has about 16,000 (20 big blinds), so he’s got a little more breathing room.
Mark Martin – 16,000 (20 bb)
Jean Robert Quirion – Temporarily MIA
Steven Kerr – Eliminated
