Clemencon Eliminates Staszko

The WSOP main event runner up, and local boy, Martin Staszko has just been eliminated from the table of death. He was down to his last 10 big blinds when he moved all in with pocket nines and was called by the ace-king of Tristan Clemencon. Clemencon struck gold with an over card and Staszko was out.

Staszko’s place was taken by the hugely talented Hugo Lemaire. Table and tournament captain Steve O’Dwyer welcomed him onto the table by taking three streets of value from him holding ace-queen on a queen high board!
