Thomas Macdonald is the first player to pick up prize money here in WPT Slovenia. Vincenzo Natale opened to 23,000 and Macdonald three-bet shoved around 16 big blinds.

The [2hAcAh] flop gave the young Brit something to sweat but the [6d] on the turn was of no help to him. Neither was the [Qc] on the river and with that Macdonald was sent to the rail to pick up €7,500.
