Hand #30: Tri Huynh Wins a 4 Million Pot

Andras Koroknai raises from the button to 180,000, and Tri Huynh calls from the big blind. The flop comes [9h7h4h], Huynh checks, Koroknai bets 285,000, and Huynh thinks for a full minute before he calls. 

The turn card is the [2h], Huynh checks, Koroknai bets 480,000, and Huynh thinks for more than a minute before he calls. 

The river card is the [Qd], Huynh checks, and Koroknai thinks for about two minutes before he bets 1,050,000. Huynh thinks for two minutes before he calls, and Koroknai forfeits by tossing his cards in the muck. 

The pot is pushed to Huynh, and there is a brief controversy as to whether or not the players have to show their cards. The situation is left as it is, and to see what they were holding, you’ll have to tune in to this episode of the World Poker Tour when it airs on TV.
