A Tale of Two Chip Stacks

Mohsin Charania is off to a strong start today, up to about 300,000 in chips at the first break. Charania is stacking his chips skyscraper-style, though he can’t build too high since a couple players at his table bump the table too much.

Gregory Scott Brewer has yet to arrive, and he missed the entire first level as his chip stack was cut in half — he started the day with 34,600, and has been blinded down to 16,800.

Another player who knows him has been trying to call him, but keeps getting his voicemail. Brewer’s stack won’t survive this level, so he’s quickly running out of time.
