Anthony Maio limps from early position, Joel Micka raises to 35,000 from the hijack and Jim Shaw calls from the cutoff. Maio limp-reraises to 125,000, Micka four-bets shoves with the biggest stack of the bunch, Shaw calls all in for 528,000 and Maio calls all in for 395,000.

for Maio, giving him the triple up. Meanwhile, Shaw doubles for 133,000 through Micka in the side pot.
