Michael Cohen has recently joined the field, and he has a chance to extend a rare streak.
Cohen made the final table of WPTDeepStacks Tampa in 2017, finishing second behind Rex Clinkscales to earn $92,374.
Then he made the final table of this same event a year late in 2018, finishing second behind Quentin Jones to earn $79,350.
If Cohen makes a strong run here for a third year in a row, he has a shot at being a back-to-back-to-back WPTDeepStacks Tampa runner-up. Sure, everyone is going for the victory, but most people would be quite happy with a series of second-place finishes.
