Barry Hutter vs. Dan Martin, Part II

Dec 9, 2013

Dan Martin raises to 22,000 from the button and Barry Hutter calls from the big blind. The flop comes [Kh][Js][6d], and Hutter check-calls a continuation bet of 25,000 from Martin. The turn brings the [Ad] and another check from Hutter, and when Martin bets 70,000, Hutter calls.

The river is the [4d].  Hutter checks again, and this time Martin sets out a column of chips that appears to be worth 125,000.  Hutter then pushes all in and after a count it shows his raise is for 420,000.

The next five minutes consist of Martin thinking of what to do, primarily looking forward at the cards in the middle. Meanwhile Hutter spends the entire time looking intently at Martin. At last Martin folds.

There are only a few minutes left in Level 20, after which play will end for the night.

Barry Hutter – 780,000 (78 bb)
Dan Martin – 710,000 (71 bb)
