Day 1 comes to an end with 188 players remaining from a record-breaking field of 602, and the chipleader is Ben Wilinofksy (pictured), who bagged up 464,000 (116 big blinds).

Coincidentally, Wilinofsky was also the Day 1 chipleader in this same event two years ago.
