Boyd Rose and Senthuran Vijayaratnam Lead Day 1D of WPT Prime Playground

The fourth and final starting flight of the WPT Prime Playground Championship attracted 710 entrants, making it the largest of the four starting flights and bringing the total number of entrants to 1,555. 196 players have made Day 2 and are in the money, with 89 of those players coming from this flight.

Boyd Rose bagged the Day 1D chip lead, finishing with 859,000 chips. He is most closely followed by Senthuran Vijayaratnam who bagged 853,000 while Cedric Meyer rounds out the top three with 772,000. David Dongwoo Ko also bagged big, finishing with 744,000.

Play ended with roughly 10 minutes left on Level 17 meaning that day 2 will start where Day 1a left off, with 9:34 left of Level 16. Day 2 begins tomorrow, October 24 at noon local time and will play down to the final table of nine.
