WPT Champions Club member Davidi Kitai opens to 14,000 in the cutoff and Bruno Louy three-bets to 32,000 in the big blind.
"64," says Kitai.
This prompts a long time in the tank for Louy. It was put up or shut up time. He took off his shades and folded them into his pocket. If that wasn’t a sign he was up for a fight, he then took off his iPod earphones and quietly packed them away as well. His hands feverishly scratching his bald palate as he decided what to do. Eventually the shades came back out for one last showdown. He moved his chips into the middle, Kitai called the all-in and the reflection of Kitai’s two red aces were soon shining in the reflection of the lens of Louy’s shades.
Showdown
Kitai: [Ad] [Ah]
Louy: [Js] [Jh]
