Busted With Kings

I just went out of the tournament with pocket Kings.

I flat called preflop and check raised the 9 8 6 flop. The pot was about 21,000 and I only had 6,000 left so I shipped it in when an Ace hit the turn. My opponent called and showed A 9 and I didn’t improve.

I guess that’s it.
