Catch Up With WPTDS Regular Gregory Janin

Gregory Janin has visited four stops this season, including a final table appearance at WPTDS Vilamoura, and the Frenchman is now in Berlin for the WPT European Championship.

“My stack was about 30 big blinds at the start of the day,” said Janin, “Day 2 will be long so I have to make sure I watch my other players. But I feel good.

“I told you on Day 1a that I’m here to win the tournament.”

Janin finished fifth at WPTDS Vilamoura, but also visited the stops in Brussels and Deauville towards the end of 2017.

“I would have to say Vilamoura was the best because I made the final table. But maybe Berlin will be better.

“I haven’t had the chance to explore Berlin; yesterday during Day 1b I played cash games and went to bed late. The games were good, but now I’m ready for Day 2!”
