There is still an hour to go in the action here on Day 1A of Bay 101, but the big stacks in the room are already starting to think about which of them will nab that $10,000 payday for finishing Day 1A as chip leader.
The two players out in front of the pack are still Brandon Wong and Shannon Shorr. Wong is currently edging out Shorr with around 185,000 to Shorr’s 181,000, but with 60 minutes of play left, those counts can easily switch by the end of the day.
Paul McCaffrey, who picked up a bounty for eliminating Shooting Star Yevgeniy Timoshenko earlier today is also coming on strong late in the day. He is currently sitting on 160,000.
