ClubWPT Qualifier Dan Biddle Eliminated by J.P. Piquette

J.P. Piquette raises from middle position, David Cloutier reraises from middle position to 4,500, and ClubWPT qualifier Dan Biddle calls from the small blind. Piquette reraises to 64,500, and Cloutier thinks for a while before he folds.

Biddle calls all in for a little more than 20,000 with , but Piquette turns over . Biddle needs to improve to stay alive.

There is a brief pause in the action as the dealer waits for the WPT TV cameras to get into position to record the action.

Once everything is in place, the dealer puts out the board of , and the pocket aces hold up for Piquette to win the pot. Biddle is eliminated.

After the hand, Biddle said he had been card dead all day, and wasn’t seeing any pairs. Then, he finally gets a premium hand, and runs into an even higher premium hand. It simply wasn’t Biddle’s day.
