Level 12 comes to an end, and the remaining 52 or so players bag up their chips for Day 2, which begins tomorrow (Saturday) at 1:00 pm.
The chipleader for Day 1B is Christian Petre (pictured), who bagged up 271,500 (136 big blinds). The full list of official chip counts will be released soon, but in the meantime, here’s a look at the three players who finished with at least 200K:
1. Christian Petre – 271,500 (136 bb)
2. Christos Economides – 260,500 (130 bb)
3. Tolga Veyseloglu – 243,000 (122 bb)
Turbo Flight 1C is currently taking their first and only break, halfway thru their flight. With 35 players remaining from a field of 51 entries, the average chip stack is about 43,700 (87 big blinds). Registration remains open until about 12:15 am, and players are allowed one entry and one re-entry per starting flight.
The total field size for the entire tournament is up to 281 entries and counting, creating a total prizepool worth more than €252,000.
