Day 1D Begins at 11:00 AM; Registration Open Until 6:45 PM

Day 1B of the WPT Prime Championship attracted 2,802 entries, and 349 players (~12.5% of the field) bagged up chips for Day 2. This combined with the earlier flight’s number brings the overall total to 5,805 entrants. The biggest stack of that flight belongs to Eric Chang, who sits with 1,392,000 (139 big blinds). 

Day 1D begins today at 11:00 am. This will be the final opportunity for players to secure a deep run for themselves. The buy-in is $1,100, and the prizepool is guaranteed to be worth at least $5 million.

Each starting flight will play as many 40-minute levels as it takes to reach the final 12.5% of each field, which will also be the Money Bubble. So everyone who bags chips for Day 2 will be in the money. There will be a 75-minute dinner break after Level 9 (about 5:30 pm), and registration remains open with a single re-entry option until the end of the dinner break (about 6:45 pm). Players are allowed one entry and one re-entry on each starting flight (maximum of eight entries).
