Death By Quads for El Otmani

While the start of Houssine El Otmani was fairly good, things haven’t gone as smoothly in the last few levels and the former army general was knocked down to around half the starting stack. Those chips disappear in a hand against Youcef Zalagh, who casually flops quads with the to crack the pocket kings of El Otmani.

Just prior to that, Imad Derwiche also busted from the very same table and both Derwiche and El Otmani re-enter in quick fashion. New faces in the Day 1B field also include Yuri Ishida, Mohamed Ali Houssam and Jerome Sgorrano.

At the top of the chip counts are Frederic Delval (100,000) and Mehdi Hsissen (90,000).
