Conrad Coetzer has just delivered a double whammy to take our headcount down to 61 in the penultimate level before the break.
We caught the action on the flop, but believe that there was a raise from early position, Coetzer three-bet from the cutoff, the small blind moved all-in for a smidgen over 4,000, the early position player flatted, Coetzer pumped it up to 14,925 and after holding his head in his hands in pure dismay the early position raiser made the call.
Flop: [As] [Qh] [2d]
The player in early position checks, with around 7,500 behind, and Coetzer makes it 2,500 to play; his opponent calls.
Turn: [9d]
The early position raiser puts his last 5,000 into the middle and Coetzer makes the call.
Coetzer: [As] [Ks]
Early Position: [8c] [8s]
Small Blind: [Ac] [Js]
The river card is the [9c] and Coetzer eliminates both players to move up to 71,000.
