Female Final Tablists in Florida

Until the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Showdown last week, every WPT Final Table in Florida included a female. While that streak was stopped at three, women are still 3-for-4 at final tabling WPT events in Florida.

Abbey Daniels finished fourth in the first televised WPT event in the state of Florida, earning $286,819 in last season’s Seminole Hard Rock Showdown.

Last November, Lisa Hamilton finished third in WPT Jacksonville, the precursor to this event which was held at the Poker Room at Orange Park. (This photo was taken yesterday, when Hamilton survived the day with 41,800.)

Gigi Gagne continued the tradition of female WPT final tablists in Florida by finishing second in February’s Lucky Hearts Poker Open down at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
