Flight 1j is Complete with 39 Survivors to Day 2

The Turbo flight is complete, with 39 players advancing to Day 2. There isn’t even enough time for them to do “end of day” chip counts, as they are just picking up their chip stacks and carrying them to the empty seats waiting for them in the tournament area for Day 2.

The two most notable survivors from the turbo flight are Season XIII WPT World Champion Keven Stammen (with about 450,000 in chips), and last year’s runner-up finisher in this event, Kareem Marshall (167,500). When Marshall final tabled this event last year, he had also reached Day 2 by surviving the morning turbo flight.
