Paul Testud had 450,000 after the dinner break, and start-of-day chip leader Mikael Guenni had 130,000. The pair had both chipped up since then but have both been sent to the rail by Franck Kalfon.

The board ran out giving all players a full house, but Kalfon’s was best and he chipped up to 1.7m chips. The average is currently just over 400,000 and Kalfon is in a strong position for an even deeper run with now 27 players remaining.
