Fred Wise Flop Quads; Eliminates Toby Lewis and Takes Chip Lead

Toby Lewis has just been eliminated by Fred Wise in a huge hand.

We didn’t see the action but Zimnan Ziyard has helped put the pieces together for us.

According to Ziyard, Wise opened to 1,600, Ziyard called in the small blind, and Lewis called in the big blind. The flop was Jx 3x 3x (2 x spades); the action checks to Wise who bets 2,100, Ziyard check-raises to 4,300, Lewis makes it 10,600, Wise calls, and Ziyard folds.

The turn card is the Jx; Lewis bets 12,000 and Wise calls. The river is the 7; Lewis bets 18,000, Wise puts him all-in for another 12,000, Lewis calls, and then mucks when he sees Wise turn over quad threes.
