Frederic Maniez Doubles Thru Mike Linster

After a flop of [Kh5c4c] with about 12,000 already in the pot, WPT Champions Club member Darren Elias checks the big blind, and fellow WPT Champions Club member Mike Linster bets 4,400 from the cutoff. Frederic Maniez raises from the button to 9,000, and Elias calls.

Linster reraises to 24,400, and Maniez four-bet shoves all in for 55,700. Elias folds, and Linster calls with [AhAs] for an overpair. But Maniez turns over [5h5s] for a set of fives, and he needs it to hold to stay alive.

The turn is the [Qh], the river is the [7c], and Maniez wins the pot with his set of fives to double up in chips.

When asked about his hand, Elias says that he folded king-jack of clubs, and would have made his flush draw on the river.
