Giovanni Rizzo was telling us over dinner that he lost his stack very early on in this tournament after running pocket kings into pocket aces in a blind on blind hand. He has just been eliminated and once again it was at the hands of the NLHE pre flop starting hand king – pocket aces.
Rizzo raised to 1,200 in the cutoff off a 14,000 starting stack and the big blind three-bet to 3,000. Rizzo moved all-in with ace-queen, the big blind called with pocket aces and that was that.
