Good Start For Eames

It’s not been the greatest start to his Venetian trip, but hopefully things are about to turn the right way.

John Eames arrived in Venezia plagued with ‘man flu’ and then proceeded to have his iPad stolen. One can only imagine the pain the man must be going through without an electronic gadget to keep him company in the evenings.

He opens off a starting stack of around 20,000, Filipo Bergamasco flats on the button before Giuseppe Alfano three-bets to 4,400 (off a stack of 12,000). Eames isolates with a 17,600 four-bet and Bergamasco gets out of the way.
