Action folds to Gordon Vayo in the small blind and he moves all-in for his last 40,000 or so. Clyde Hinton is in the big blind and calls.
Vayo turns over [Qd7h] and he is up against Hinton’s [Ah6s]. The [10c5d4d] flop doesn’t do much for Vayo, but the [3d] on the turn gives him a flush draw and a gutshot, but also gives Hinton a straight draw that means Vayo can’t win with a seven on the river.
The river is the [4h] and Hinton’s ace-high holds to eliminate Vayo in 29th place, just shy of the money.
With Vayo’s elimination, Mark Rose is moved to the table to balance the seats and hand-for-hand action gets underway.
Clyde Hinton – 420,000 (105 BBs)
Gordon Vayo – eliminated in 29th place ($0)
