HAND #107 – Amit Kaushik raises from the cutoff to 1,200,000, leaving himself just 300,000 behind, and Joshua Mccully uses one of his Time Chips to tank for nearly a minute before he calls.
Kaushik forgets he isn’t all in, and says he has ace-jack as he’s about to show his cards, but Mccully stops him. Mccully asks if Kaushik would like to move all in dark, but Kaushik declines. So they go to the flop.
The flop comes , and Mccully slightly laughs as Kaushik apparently flops two pair. Mccully uses two of his Time Chips to tank for more than a minute, saying, “I know you have ace-jack, but I don’t know if you have the jack of spades.”
Mccully eventually calls with , and Kaushik turns over his for top two pair. But Kaushik needs to dodge a nine to stay alive.
The turn card pairs the board with the , and Kaushik clinches the pot with a full house, aces full of jacks.
The meaningless river card is the , and Kaushik wins the pot with his full house to double up in chips.
