HAND #137  –  Nick Yunis moves all in, and Yunkyu Song calls all in from the big blind for 1,700,000 with Club KClub 5.

Yunis turns over Spade KHeart 3, and Song is actually in a dominant position with his tournament life on the line, though a chop is also on the table.

The flop comes Heart KDiamond JClub 4, and both players flop top pair. The turn card is the Club 7, and Song picks up a club flush draw.

But the river card is the Diamond 3, and Nick Yunis wins the pot — and the WPT bestbet Scramble — with two pair, kings and threes.

Yunkyu Song finishes as the runner-up, earning $252,059.

Nick Yunis wins the WPT bestbet Scramble, earning $315,791 and a WPT Champions Trophy. Yunis’s prize includes a $10,400 seat into the season-ending WPT World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas, a Golden Passport, and Yunis’s name will be engraved on the one-and-only Mike Sexton WPT Champions Cup alongside every champion from all 22 seasons of the World Poker Tour.

Congratulations to Nick Yunis!
