Hand #16: Double Elimination! Tomas Molina De La Maza, Ali Ghezelbash Eliminated By Gary Lin

In Hand #16 of hand-for-hand play on the Money Bubble, there were two all-in-and-call situations at different tables.

At Table #3, Gary Lin raises under the gun to 19,000, Tomas Molina De La Maza reraises from the hijack to 65,000, and Ali Ghezelbash moves all in from the cutoff for 66,000. Lin moves all in over the top, and De La Maza uses his last four Time Chips to tank for more than two minutes before he calls.

The board comes , and Lin pairs his ace on the flop to win the pot and eliminate both of his opponents on the Money Bubble.

Combined with the simultaneous elimination at Table #4, the three players who were eliminated during Hand #16 chop 74th and 75th place, earning AUD $8,370 each.
