Hand #5: Mike Watkins Shoves with Aces

In Hand #5 of hand-for-hand play on the Money Bubble, Mike Watkins moves all in from UTG+1 for 96,000, and action folds to Taylor Wilson in the big blind.

Wilson says, “No way you’re bluffing here. If I have pocket jacks, I’m folding.”

Wilson slowly peels one card to reveal the , and he says if the other card is a queen, he’ll probably call.

But the other card is a , and Wilson folds. Watkins takes the pot.

Wilson says that he was hoping against finding pocket queens, and he was relieved when he saw the three. Watkins said that when he saw the first queen, he was hoping the other would be a queen as well.

Watkins adds, “If you crack my aces with queens, then so be it.”
