Hand #53: Randy Dorfman Doubles Thru Justin Bonomo

Hand #53  –  Randy Dorfman limps from middle position for 20,000, Erick Lindgren completes the small blind, and Justin Bonomo raises from the big blind to 90,000.

Dorfman moves all in for 766,000, Lindgren folds, and Bonomo calls with [KdKh]. Dorfman turns over [8c8s], and he’ll need to improve to stay alive.

The board comes [Jc8h5h2s10c], though Dorfman apparently doesn’t see the eight on the flop, and stands up to say, "So long, guys." Daniel Negreanu says, "You’ve got a set of eights. That beats kings. I’m just saying."

Dorfman takes a closer look at the board, sees the eight on the flop, and immediately apologizes to Bonomo saying it was a mistake. Dorfman isn’t wearing his glasses, and he puts in a request for someone to get them for him.
