Hand #64: Gevork Kasabyan Eliminated in 4th Place ($450,580)

Mar 4, 2010

Tri Huynh raises under the gun to 250,000, and Gevork Kasabyan calls from the big blind. The flop comes [Ad9c8c], Kasabyan checks, Huynh bets 300,000, and Kasabyan check-raises to 700,000. Huynh quickly moves all in, and Kasabyan thinks for nearly three minutes before he calls with [As7d] (pair of aces). Huyn shows [Ac9d] (two pair, aces and nines), and Kasabyan needs a runner-runner miracle to stay alive.

The turn card is the [7h], giving Kasabyan hope with a lower two pair. He needs a seven on the river to stay alive.

The river card is the [9s], and Tri Huynh wins the pot with a full house, nines full of aces. Gevork Kasabyan is eliminated in fourth place, earning $450,580.

Our chip counts got off track, so we are going to temporarily going to suspend our live counts until we can re-verify the chip stacks on the table.
