Hand #86: Jin Hwang Cripples Fred Goldberg

Bobby Oboodi min-raises under the gun to 600,000, Jin Hwang calls from the small blind, and Fred Goldberg calls from the big blind. Both players check to the turn on a board of [10s8s3h8c], Hwang bets 650,000, Goldberg calls, and Oboodi folds.

The river card double-pairs the board with the [10c], Hwang bets 1,150,000, and Goldberg says, "Are you kidding me?" He then sighs and says, "Why didn’t I shove the flop?"

Goldberg folds, saying his pair was counterfeited, and Hwang takes the pot.
