Hands #18-19: Pat Lyons Eliminated in 9th Place ($124,145)

HAND #18  –  Taylor Black raises under the gun to 125,000, and Pat Lyons calls from the big blind. The flop comes , Lyons checks, Black bets, and Lyons quickly folds. Black takes the pot.

HAND #19  –  Lorenzo Lavis raises from the button to 120,000, and Pat Lyons moves all in from the small blind for 450,000.

While Bryn Kenney thinks in the big blind, Lyons says, “Please call me. I don’t mind if I lose.”

Kenney reraises to about 1,000,000, and Lavis quickly folds.

Lyons shows , and he needs to improve to stay alive against Kenney’s .

The board comes , and Bryn Kenney wins the pot with a pair of tens to eliminate Lyons in ninth place.
