Hand #21 – Andrew Robl raises from middle position to 85,000, winning the blinds and antes.
Hand #22 – Vanessa Rousso raises from late position to 75,000, winning the blinds and antes.
Hand #23 – Sorel Mizzi raises from early position to 66,000, and Ray Dehkharghani calls from the big blind. The flop comes [AcJs9c], Dehkharghani checks, Mizzi bets 70,000, and Dehkharghani tanks for a while before he moves all in for 485,000.
Mizzi goes into the tank for a long time, and nobody at the table says a word about the length of time. After more than six minutes, Mizzi eventually calls the clock on himself. A floorperson begins the one-minute warning, and shortly before the final 10-second countdown, Mizzi calls.
Dehkharghani shows [As10c] for a pair of aces, and Mizzi turns over [KsJh] for a pair of jacks. Mizzi needs to catch a king, a jack, or something runner-runner to bust Dehkharghani here.
The turn is the [4s], but the river is the [Jc], giving Mizzi trip jacks to win the pot. Dehkharghani is eliminated in 10th place on a bad beat.
Sorel Mizzi – 1,210,000
Ray Dehkharghani – Out in 10th Place ($50,677)
